How Do I Log In To Continue My Course?

How Old Do I Have To Be To Take This Course?

This course is ONLY for students ages 14-17. You can start at 14, and after completing Module 1 (6 hours), you're eligible to get your learner license at 15. If you turn 18 during the course, you may not be able to complete it. Students 18 and older must take a different adult driver education course.

How Long Does The Course Take, And Can I Complete It Over Several Days?

Our course meets the TDLR 24-hour requirement and is 100% self-paced. You can complete up to 6 hours per day (Texas law limit). You can log in and out as desired, with your progress being automatically saved. Most students complete it over several weeks.

Do I Have To Take A Final Exam In This Course?

Yes, the course includes a final exam with 20 questions. To pass, you need to score at least 70% (14 correct answers). You have 3 attempts to pass the final exam. The exam is not open-book, and each attempt will have different questions.

What Is The Total Cost Of Texas Teen Drivers Ed, And Are There Any Additional Fees?

The course fee is $75. This includes everything - both DE-964 certificates (Module 1 and full course), all course materials, and unlimited quiz retakes. There are no hidden fees.

Can I Take the Course on My Phone or Tablet?

Yes, the course works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. No special software or downloads required.

What Certificates Do I Receive?

You'll receive two DE-964 certificates: First, after completing Module 1 (6 hours), you get the "For Learner License Only" certificate. Then, after finishing all 24 hours, you get the "For Driver License Only" certificate. Both are delivered electronically for immediate download.

Do I Need Parent Permission To Enroll?

Yes, all students under 18 must have parent or guardian consent. During enrollment, we'll need your parent's name and email address. Your parent will receive a copy of the enrollment contract and all important course communications.
